The warranty on our products is valid for 24 months From the moment of purchase of the product. On the other hand, complaint repairs are made in the system of door to door. It is best to contact our service directly +48 507 98 38 29 / service@muuvo.pl. A member of the service staff will order a courier to pick up the damaged component or the entire stroller from you and deliver it immediately after repair.
Repair depending on the damage lasts for a maximum of 14 days. We also handle complaints via private messages on Facebook and Instagram.

I highly recommend Muuvo company, and service. I had a problem with a discolored booth from the stroller, which the complaint does not cover, but the service had extra parts available, so they replaced the booth with a new one. I am extremely grateful and pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended!!! We are using the MUUVO Quick 4.0.
I heartily recommend, Muuvo has been with us since 2020, service and customer service at a high level which translates into customer satisfaction. The stroller also works well with a second child, we had no major problems with it. We recommend it to every parent :) ( even the most picky one).
As a mom who uses the Muuvo Slick 2.0 stroller every day, I can honestly say that it was one of my best purchases! First of all, the stroller is extremely lightweight and easy to drive, which makes it very easy for me to get around town, both in tight store aisles and on uneven sidewalks. Thanks to the great cushioning of the wheels, my little one always has a comfortable and smooth ride, regardless of the terrain.

High handle to guide , a large uv canopy that covers the child , large wheels - it rides well , wide seat and high backrest for the child - and service is perfection! we returned to the complaint and the next day the stroller was repaired! We also got a replacement stroller / just happened to fall on the weekend so thank you that we came across such a great service! we buy with my husband a lot and I have never encountered such exemplary service!
