Gondola: up to how many kilograms?

The gondola is designed for children up to about 9 kg or until, when the toddler begins to sit up independently. We also always suggest check the current instructions for a given model.

How is the Quick SE cart different from the Slick 2.0?

The Quick SE is lighter and more compact when folded, while the Slick 2.0 offers a slightly larger seat and a different frame finish. Upholstery details and standard equipment also differ.

What sets the Trick stroller apart from the Quick 3.0?

Trick has a more urban, „lifestyle” frame and a folding system tailored for frequent carrying, while the Quick 3.0 puts a harder on cushioning and comfort for longer walks.

What is the difference between the standard and XL carrycot on the Quick 3.0?

The XL version is longer and taller inside, providing more room for the baby, especially in winter with a thicker sleeping bag.

Where can your products be purchased?

You can buy Muuvo strollers in our online store and from our partners stationary stores. Use the store finder on the site to find the nearest point of sale.

What accessories are added to strollers?

Standard features include a rain cover and a mosquito net. The exact list of accessories is described on the page of each model.

How to use accessories from the kit?

Each accessory has a description in the cart's user manual. If in doubt, you can also write to our support department - we will help you step by step.

What kind of wheels are in your strollers?

We use maintenance-free foam or gel wheels, suitable for urban and suburban conditions. For details, see the description of of the specific model.

      How long is the warranty on Muuvo products?

      All Muuvo products come with a 24-month warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase.

      Does the warranty period vary from model to model?

      No. For each of our baby strollers and CHOC chair 24 months warranty applies.

      What damages are covered by the warranty?

      Complaints repair defects resulting from, among other things, manufacturing defects in materials or inadequacies in the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage and wear and tear of the material resulting from use.

      Extended frame warranty - what models does it apply to and how to report it?

      The extended frame warranty applies to the MUUVO Slick 2.0, Quick 4.0, Quick SE 2, Quick Boho, and Five. Application must be made within 30 days of purchase (counting from the date on the receipt).

      How do I know if a repair is subject to a claim?

      If you are not sure about the cause of the malfunction, contact our service. Describe the problem and, if possible, attach a photo. On this basis we will help to assess the situation and advise you on further steps.

      Do I have to take the cart to the store where I bought it?

      There is no need to do so. Just report the complaint directly to the service center and arrange the details of the door-to-door warranty procedure.

      What does the door-to-door warranty consist of?

      After receiving your application, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the claimed product from your home at a convenient time. In the same way, the cart will be delivered after the repair.

      How long does it take to respond to a call and repair itself?

      We make every effort to respond to messages and requests as soon as possible.

      Repair time depends on the type and extent of damage, but we always try to make it as short as possible.
